Drip Society ("Drip Society," "we," "us," or "our"), operated by Bitsy Foster Fitness, LLC, respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, who we share it with, how we protect it, and how long we keep it. It applies to our website, our booking software, and any text, email, or app communications you receive from us.
By using our website, booking through our platform, or providing your contact information to us, you agree to this Privacy Policy. Consent to receive text messages is separate and is only collected when you opt in. See Text Messaging (SMS) below.
Information We Collect
Contact information: name, email address, phone number, mailing address
Account and booking information: class bookings, attendance history, membership and package details, waitlist activity
Payment information: billing information processed securely through our payment processor (we do not store full credit card numbers)
Communication preferences: your choices about receiving text messages, emails, or app notifications, and your message history with us
Health and fitness information you choose to share: for example, injury notes or modifications you tell an instructor, used only to support your safety in class
Technical information: basic website usage data such as browser type and pages visited, collected through standard website analytics

Text Messaging (SMS)
If you provide your phone number and opt in to text messages, you agree to receive automated text messages from Drip Society, including class reminders, booking and waitlist updates, schedule changes, account notices and, if you choose to receive them, promotional messages and studio updates. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
Consent to receive text messages is optional and is not a condition of purchasing any class, membership, or service.
You can opt out at any time by replying STOP. For help, reply HELP or contact us at dripsocietystl@gmail.com or (314) 808-2057. Opting out of marketing texts will not affect appointment or account-related messages unless you request otherwise.
Your mobile information stays with us. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. We share mobile information only with service providers who help us deliver our messages and support our customers, as described below.

Walla, our booking and studio management software, which stores your booking, membership, and communication data
Stripe, our payment processor, which handles billing and payment transactions
Text and email service providers that deliver our appointment reminders and messages on our behalf and may not use your information for their own marketing
Legal or regulatory authorities, if required by law
We do not sell your personal information to third parties. We do not share your phone number, or your text message opt-in data and consent, with third parties for their marketing or promotional purposes.
Data Security
We use industry-standard safeguards, including secure, password-protected systems and encrypted payment processing, to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, loss, or misuse. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your data.
Data Retention and Deletion
We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide our services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. If you would like your information deleted, contact us at dripsocietystl@gmail.com, and we will delete or anonymize your information except where we are required to keep it for legal, tax, or accounting purposes.
